Service Description
Service Includes: Week 1: Onboarding & Preparation One 60-minute video onboarding call to review your fitness history, current diet, mindset, and behaviors. Creation of your fully customized program, including: Custom guided meditations Personalized Fitness Plan Nutritional recommendations and guidelines Weeks 2–13: Implementation & Accountability Six 30-minute bi-weekly video check-ins to review progress, discuss challenges, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan or meditations. Daily WhatsApp check-ins: Submit what you ate for the day and workouts completed. Weekly progress photos (every Sunday) to track body composition changes. Important Requirements To get the best results from this program, you must: Have consistent access to a gym Be willing to commit 8–10 hours per week to training Have the financial resources to support proper nutrition and supplementation
