Step One:

Booking

There is currently only one service available right now, it is being booked on a first-come basis.

Step Two: 

Confirming

After booking, you will receive an email, 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled session, to confirm date and time you chose. In the confirmation email, you will be given the opportunity to explain your situation prior to the meeting.

 All Sessions will be conducted through Zoom and you will receive a link to join the meeting room 5-10 minutes before your session begins.

 

If you are more comfortable with a phone-call meeting, we will arrange for the session to be conducted that way.  

Step Three:

Session

Dylan will introduce himself and give you an over-view of how the session will be conducted. Please be prepared to discuss what mindset shifts you have implemented and what your concerns are. Dylan will be actively listening to everything you are experiencing, and topics that he feels need to be explored will be confronted with open-ended questions. Overall, you should walk away from the session with clarity as to what to do going forward, how to prime your mindset, and what habits need to change and/or be adopted.

Step Four:

Follow-Up

After the session is completed, you will receive any necessary follow-up information regarding the service you booked. 

 once a session has been completed, there will be no refunds. Cancellations are acceptable as long as you give a 24 hour notice; you can either select another time that is more suited for your schedule, or i will issue a refund. If you fail to give a notice, you will not receive a refund. if a session gets interrupted and needs to be rescheduled, i will also honor a schedule change. if you feel uncomfortable at any point during the session and wish to not proceed forward, please communicate this. Any one-on-one clients that are late by more than 10 minutes, within our scheduled time, will have their session closed and moved to another date. Please be punctual.
