Monthly Coaching clients:

This service is solely for individuals that are ready for massive transformation and want consistent support, feedback and guidance on an on-going basis. 

Expectations:

1. complete transparency with current and past experiences.

2. a willingness to receive honest feedback.

3. commitment to consistently applying self.

4. coachable and willing to be held accountable.

This service includes five weeks total - the first week is a consultation and preparatory week; the following four weeks are implementation and accountability based. 

First week: Two hour consultation where a detailed history of current circumstances and past experiences is taken. this session is used to develop a personalized night-time recording and cultivate daily routines. Each client is sent a follow-up document with their belief system broken down into sections with suggested beliefs to put in the nightly recording. In the consultation week clients track intrusive thoughts and behaviors for five days to develop a daily meditation that addresses current intrusive thoughts and unhealthy behavior patterns. Each client will select the statements they like, the background music they'd like, and receive two recordings: nightly and daily meditation. this entire service is highly customizable to each individual client. Adjustments can be made as the weeks go on to meet the needs of each client.

The service, again, is five weeks long: the first week is used to create the necessary material to implement in the following four weeks. over the following month clients will have a one hour ZOOM meeting scheduled each week to check-in. this check-in will be used to answer deeper questions and assess if any adjustments need to be made in the material they are applying. Monday-Friday there will be daily check-ins via WhatsApp where clients submit their to-do list in the morning, and their completed to-do list at night. If anything is not completed, reasoning must be supplied so any necessary adjustments can be made to optimize daily routine and completion of tasks. Additionally, clients will have access to receiving direct feedback and support monday-friday from 9am-4pm pst. this direct, and consistent, line of communication is to be used to hold individuals accountable as circumstances arise and provide support each day.

 

The intention behind this service is: application, accountability and consistent support. Clients' are advised to take the weekend off from mindset application but expected to still maintain a routine for nervous system regulation and address triggers during the day, when needed. 

each client must sign a contract prior to beginning their monthly coaching where the terms of the service and refund eligibility is outlined. Once a month of coaching has been fully completed, no refunds will be issued.

Additional Information:

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: a. The Client agrees to be 100% transparent and honest in all communications with the Coach to ensure accurate and effective feedback. The Client understands that confidentiality is the Coach’s top priority and that trust is essential to the coaching relationship. b. The Client agrees to complete all assigned tasks, including the five-day intrusive thoughts and behaviors tracking assignment, daily to-do lists, and participation in scheduled check-ins and video chats. c. The Client represents that they are either in good mental standing with no serious history of mental disorder or are under the care of a licensed mental health professional. The Client agrees to relieve the Coach of all responsibility for any personal decisions made during the coaching period.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: The Client acknowledges that the coaching Services are accountability-based and intended to foster positive change through mindset guidance. The Coach will guide the Client in developing mental frameworks to address unhealthy belief systems and behaviors but will not provide advice on handling specific life situations or make decisions on the Client’s behalf. The Client agrees that they are solely responsible for their decisions and actions during the Term.

CONFIDENTIALITY: The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during the Term, except as required by law or with the Client’s prior written consent. The Client acknowledges that confidentiality is critical to establishing trust in the coaching relationship.

TERMINATION: a. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon seven (7) days’ written notice to the other party. b. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Coach for all Services rendered up to the date of termination. c. The Coach may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Client fails to comply with Client Responsibilities or breaches any material provision of this Agreement. Once the service is fully completed, there will be NO REFUNDS.
