One-On-One Coaching Expectations:
You will be coming into the session ready to give a summary on what you have been experiencing (circumstances) and:
1. What you have been applying in your mindset (IE. Nervous System Regulation, Adjustments in Daily Routine, Meditations or Affirmations used to address different beliefs).
2. Why you have been applying those methods (IE. Because I am experiencing X, I have been applying Y).
3. Looking for feedback on what you can adjust, or how to handle different circumstances, with a new mindset.
*OR*
You will be able to communicate that you are not sure where to begin and need to go over circumstances to develop a plan to make adjustments in your approach and mindset.
You will also receive free access to both workshops available on website (Mindset Mastery and Love Mastery).
Follow-Up Documents Will Be Sent Out Within 14 BUSINESS DAYS After Session Has Concluded.

I am NOT a licensed mental health professional, or therapist; my services help you evaluate where you are in life and help you develop a mental / daily plan to put you into a version of yourself that gets you where you want to be. If you are struggling emotionally and mentally to the point where operating in your daily life is difficult, then mindset coaching may not be a good fit or *enough* to genuinely help you. When used in unison with the appropriate therapeutic help, mindset coaching can be extremely beneficial. However, you need to take a proactive approach with your life and be honest enough with yourself to get the help that you genuinely need. Any individuals that are in need of more hands-on, clinical forms of help will be notified and refunded for the booked services.
I will give you clear-cut advice for how to adjust your mindset, identify what you're struggling with and implement practices to shift beliefs and stabilize in your nervous system; as a byproduct, desired results can materialize. I am not here to tell you what to do with your life or make life decisions for you; I can give you advice and feedback but ultimately the decisions or actions you take in your life are solely your responsibility.
By booking this service with me you are acknowledging that you are seeking advices and help with adjusting your mindset and realize that the results you produce in your life are a direct byproduct of your own discipline, consistency, honesty and application.

Step One:
Booking
There is currently only one service available right now, it is being booked on a first-come basis.
Step Two:
Confirming
After booking, you will receive an email, 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled session, to confirm date and time you chose. In the confirmation email, you will be given the opportunity to explain your situation prior to the meeting.

All Sessions will be conducted through Zoom and you will receive a link to join the meeting room 5-10 minutes before your session begins.
If you are more comfortable with a phone-call meeting, we will arrange for the session to be conducted that way.

Step Three:
Session
Dylan will introduce himself and give you an over-view of how the session will be conducted. Please be prepared to discuss what mindset shifts you have implemented and what your concerns are. Dylan will be actively listening to everything you are experiencing, and topics that he feels need to be explored will be confronted with open-ended questions. Overall, you should walk away from the session with clarity as to what to do going forward, how to prime your mindset, and what habits need to change and/or be adopted.
Step Four:
Follow-Up
After the session is completed, you will receive any necessary follow-up information regarding the service you booked.
